Postgis building with `make docs`, “cannot parse /html/docbook.xsl”


When I try to build the docs, I'm getting,

This is because you don't have docbook.xsl. On Ubuntu this is found in the docbook-xsl package, run

sudo apt-get install docbook-xsl
make docs
